1、负责质量管理体系的实施和保持工作，指导、协调督促公司职能部门行使其管理职责；指导、督促、检查各职能部门实施质量管理体系的要求。
2、在公司质量总监的领导下负责质量管理体系、装备承制资格单位、武器装备科研生产许可的第三方认证，和认证后的复审等具体组织和具体实施工作。
3、协助质量总监制订、修订质量管理体系方针目标，定期对公司的管理方针、目标的实现情况进行评价，并负责对全公司的过程监视测量结果进行收集、整理分析，提出体系改进要求。
4、协助质量总监每年召开合规性评价、内审、管理评审工作，完成公司年度合规性评价、内审、管理评审报告。
5、组织实施公司质量管理体系的教育培训工作。
6、组织对不符合的评审，跟踪验证不符合处置结果。
7、定期、定量策划对各部门质量管理体系的实施情况进行检查，对体系运行中的偏差提出处理意见和建议。
8、落实部门的保密管理工作，完成领导交办的其他工作。

任职要求：
1、大专及以上学历，五年以上相关质量体系管理经验。
2、熟悉AS9100、GJB9001质量管理体系标准，参与过GJB9001C质量管理体系工作，在持续改进上有经验。
3、熟悉二方、三方审核流程，并能专业应对，有组织质量管理体系不符合项合规闭环的能力。
4、熟练使用办公软件，能够使用VDA、8D对供应商进行管理，较强的数据统计分析和问题解决能力，较强的沟通协调能力，细节导向。
6、有GJB9001C/AS9100内审员证书或注册审核员证书优先。
