一、岗位职责
1. 负责激光焊接设备在3C客户现场的安装调试、光路标定、工艺参数调试及整机验收交付。
2. 独立完成激光器与焊接头的参数配置、功率校准、焦点标定，确保设备达到出厂性能指标。
3. 主导客户端精密焊接打样验证，输出工艺窗口报告，覆盖手机内构件、连接器、马达、传感器等典型3C场景，确认量产工艺参数。
4. 快速定位现场焊接异常根因（光学/工艺/机械/电气端），输出分析报告并推动问题闭环。
5. 基于技术平台，完成视觉定位+激光焊接联动等复杂系统的现场联调与排查。
6. 收集客户端新工艺需求，整理反馈研发中心，参与设计评审并提出可调试性/可维护性建议。
7. 编写调试手册、故障排查SOP，对售后调试团队进行激光安全操作及常见故障处理培训。
8. 跟进量产设备运行状态，统计良率与稼动率，提出预防性维护方案，协同研发验证改进。
二、任职资格
1. 专科及以上学历，光电、激光、机械、材料成型（焊接方向）、机电一体化等相关专业。
2. 3年以上自动化生产线经验（非单机），有激光设备厂商或3C终端客户工艺/设备工程师背景优先。
3. 熟悉主流激光器工作原理及参数调试，熟悉热传导焊、深熔焊、锡焊等常见工艺的缺陷特征。
4. 能读懂机械/电气图纸，熟练使用示波器、功率计、CCD视觉系统等基础调试工具。
5. 能适应高频出差，抗压能力强，具备良好的客户沟通与跨部门协作能力。
6. 具备闭环思维，理解一线消费电子客户对工艺稳定性、可追溯性和响应时效的高要求。
