一、岗位概述
负责Android 端 APP 及后台的日常运维、稳定性保障，具备基础开发背景，可协助排查 APP 代码层面异常，聚焦多机型兼容性、设备联动故障处理，支撑业务高效运转。
二、岗位职责
1.监控 Android APP 崩溃率、ANR、启动速度、接口响应、设备联动成功率等核心指标，结合开发经验快速定位并处理代码及运维层面异常；
2.排查 APP端、后台与物联网设备的通信故障，协助开发团队分析接口、代码层面跨端问题；
3.收集用户反馈与线上 Bug，精准定位问题根源，协同开发推动修复，输出故障分析报告，推动问题闭环；
4.优化监控告警体系，维护运维文档与故障案例库，配合开发团队完成运维与开发衔接工作。
三、任职要求
1.本科及以上学历，计算机、自动化、电子信息等相关专业；3–5 年 Android APP 开发/运维经验，具备 Android 基础开发背景，有智能家居、工业物联网Android APP 运维经验者。
2.熟悉 Android 系统架构、APP 发布流程、多机型兼容性问题排查方法；能看懂 Android 代码并协助定位问题，配合开发完成代码层面运维支持。
3.了解物联网通信协议，熟悉 Linux 基础操作与日志分析。
4.能编写基础运维脚本，掌握至少一种移动端监控工具。
5.有 On-Call 意识，具备较强应急处理、跨团队协作与问题推动能力。
