5.1 负责试剂生产现场对生产前准备、清场、生产过程操作及记录的填写等进行监督检查，在生产过程中对车间生产各岗位生产工艺参数控制情况和关键工序的员工操作质量和产品质量进行检查。
5.2 根据生产工艺的要求和产品质量控制效果制定现场监控重点。
5.3 负责监督检查试剂生产车间、仓库、质量现场的物料放置、标识等是否符合规范要求，及时纠正不规范之处。
5.4 负责监督检查试剂生产车间、仓库、质量现场的设备、计量器具的标识、使用、记录等是否符合规范要求，及时纠正不规范之处。
5.5 负责监督检查试剂生产车间、仓库、质量现场的操作文件是否齐全。
5.6 负责按生产指令对生产批号及标签、说明书的使用情况进行核查。
