岗位职责：
1. 负责完成系统设计工作，负责模块设计，参与概要设计文档编写；
2. 系统编码实现，详细设计文档编写，部署文档编写；
3. 参与需求分析成果评审，必要时参与需求文档编写；
4. 参与设计审查和代码审查，参与测试方案和测试用例评审；参与相关技术预研，编写预研文档；
5. 参与项目支持性开发和维护，对初级开发人员提供开发指导和技术培训。

任职要求：
1. 硕士及以上学历，计算机、软件工程相关专业，扎实的计算机软件基础知识，三年以上项目开发经验；
2. 精通Java语言，熟练使用SSH（Spring/Spring Boot/Spring MVC、Hibernate、Struts）等常用框架进行Java开发，深入理解Java 常见设计模式，并能够在实践中使用；
3. 熟悉Oracle、Mysql、MS SQL等主流数据库，至少一个有1年以上使用经验，熟练使用Power Designer或者ERwin等数据库设计工具；
4. 熟悉Git、Linux环境；
5. 熟悉UML和ER设计方法，有良好的规范意识，注重代码和文档的规范性；
6. 工作积极主动，责任心强，抗压能力强，有较强的学习能力，善于交流，有良好的团队合作精神、沟通协调能力和工作推进能力，有与业务、产品、开发等多方密切配合的经验和意识；
7. 具备很好的业务敏感度，能够深入业务，实施数据驱动业务发展。
