3、设备接入抽象层开发：构建设备控制统一接口层（支持AGV/四向车/料箱库等），实现协议自适应转换模块
4、高复用核心模块开发：抽象仓储领域通用能力（如库存事务管理器、作业流水线引擎），设计配置驱动的业务规则执行器
5、智能化能力建设：集成机器学习服务（如入库预测→库位预分配），开发实时决策看板
6、系统集成能力建设：抽象对接层、低代码方式的上下游系统对接设计
任职资格
1、5年+Java开发经验，精通Spring Cloud全家桶生态，5年以上WMS/WES/WCS开发经验。
2、具备高并发架构经验：设计过≥10万TPS的系统（如秒级库存扣减），掌握分布式事务与分库分表
3、仓储算法落地能力：实现过WMS路径优化/波次合并等策略（需提供代码片段），熟悉遗传算法/贪心算法在仓储场景的应用
4、设备接入经验：开发过≥3类自动化设备控制系统（AGV/机械臂/堆垛机/亮灯拣选等），理解工业通信协议
5、架构复用能力：主导开发过被≥3个项目复用的核心模块，掌握领域驱动设计（DDD）与模块化拆分
6、以结果为导向；善于思考，能独立分析和解决问题；责任心强，具备良好的团队合作精神和抗压能力；要有创业的激情和坚定的信念；
7、具有一定的商业敏感度，能够把握产品的需求价值，结合产品研发给出详细的技术方案；
8、丰富的ERP/MES上游系统对接经验，对接过SAP者优先；
9、可接受出差海外。
