岗位职责：
1、负责后端系统开发，如服务端应用、接口等，搭建高性能、高可用、易扩展的后端架构，为移动端和其他前端应用提供稳定数据支持；
2、负责IOT平台、IOT周边平台主体功能开发与优化；
3、与产品经理、前端开发、测试等人员密切配合，参与需求分析、技术方案设计与实施，确保后端开发与整体项目目标一致；
4、研究主流后端框架，设计并封装通用业务组件和数据处理组件，开发后端脚手架，提高开发效率和代码复用性；
5、关注后端技术发展趋势，探索引入新技术、新方法，优化现有系统，提升团队开发效率和系统性能。
任职要求：
1、5年以上经验，本科及以上学历
2、精通JAVA语言，熟悉Spring等框架并了解相关底层原理；对于主流的IOT物联网平台相关技术和行业有较深认识；精通设备与云的各种通信协议与接入流程；
3、具有物联网思维，了解IOT网络通信，如MQTT等相关技术；
4、熟悉 SpringMVC、Spring Boot、Spring Cloud、Dubbo、MyBatis 等框架，并掌握其技术原理。
5、熟悉 Redis 缓存及 RocketMQ 消息中间件，了解缓存穿透、击穿、雪崩、消息重复消费与丢失等问题及应对方法。
6、熟悉 MySQL 等关系型数据库，有 SQL 调优经验。
7、熟悉分布式系统架构，对分布式事务、分布式消息队列、分布式配置中心有深刻认识。
8、熟悉良好的开发模式与设计模式，具备较好的文档编写能力和良好的编码风格，掌握面向对象程序设计与开发。
9、熟悉 Kubernetes（k8s）、prometheus、grafana等技术原理，有相关经验者优先。
