岗位职责：
1、负责政务相关软件系统的开发工作，包括功能模块设计、代码实现及测试工作；
2、根据业务需求，编写高质量、可维护的 Java 代码，确保系统的稳定性和性能优化；
3、协同团队成员完成数据库设计、开发及优化，保障数据的准确性和安全性；
4、参与系统的集成测试和部署工作，对系统进行性能调优和故障排查；
5、协助解决正式环境中的技术问题，提供技术支持和保障；
6、持续关注政务行业发展趋势，为政务软件系统的开发提供技术支持和创新思路。

任职资格：
1、本科及以上学历，计算机、软件工程、信息管理等相关专业；
2、至少5-6年以上技术开发经验；
3、熟悉政务行业相关业务知识、有政务行业项目开发经验者优先；
4、熟悉掌握SQL语句，熟悉oracle、mysql等主流数据库，具备数据库优化能力；
5、Java能力扎实，理解多线程，集合、io等基础框架，对jvm有一定了解；
6、熟悉分布式系统的设计和应用，熟悉主流框架如springcloud 、dubbo；熟练掌握 Redis等中间件的使用和优化；
7、具备良好的问题解决能力和团队合作精神，具备较强的抗压能力
