任职资格：
1. 计算机相关专业，至少5年以上Java服务器端系统设计开发经验。
2. 精通Java语言, 熟悉常用的数据结构与设计模式；
3. 精通spring Cloud核心原理机制，熟悉常用的分布式中间件核心原理机制和架构方案；
4. 熟练掌握linux系统和基础网络，具备一定的服务器运维能力；
5. 具备一定的系统调优、性能调优、JVM调优等知识，对疑难技术问题具备较强的排查能力。
6. 有良好的团队合作能力，工作认真，细心，高效完成工作;
