【岗位职责】
1.参与软件产品需求分析、系统设计及开发实现；
2.参与系统升级改造、性能优化以及日常维护，保证的稳定性、可用性和可维护性；
3.参与代码设计、审核、检查；
4.能独立解决开发中遇到的问题；
5.完成核心、重要模块的设计、开发、测试；
6.参与系统稳定性、扩展性、性能调试。

【任职要求】
1.学历不限；
2.熟练使用spring boot 、spring mvc，hibernate，mybatis, Maven等；
3.JAVA基础扎实，熟悉IO、多线程、缓存、消息等；对Redis、MQ等产品有一定经验；
4.熟练使用一种数据库（MySQL、Oracle）,拥有较好的数据库设计能力；
5.熟悉Web Services的Restful编码风格，以及JSON、XML接口交互；
6.能够独立完成详细设计及编码、进行代码审查；
7.对分布式系统开发有实际开发经验，熟悉微服务设计；
8.具有较强的抽象设计能力，思路清晰，善于思考，能独立分析和解决复杂问题；
9.熟练elasticsearch、spark、hbase等数据开发者优先录取；
10.熟悉常见数据结构和算法及设计模式，有分布式系统设计经验者优先；熟悉并精通架构设计，有微服务架构设计经验优先；
11.熟悉Jquery、EJS、velocity、Bootstrap、React、VUE、Angular等前端框架优先
12.责任心强，积极乐观，善于交流，具有良好的团队沟通能力，喜欢钻研各项新技术。

【面试方法】
1.面试方式：测试，线上复试，线下面试。
2.工作时间：上午08:30-12:00，下午13:30-17:00，周末双休。
