岗位概述
负责核心业务系统的后端架构设计与开发，能够独立解决复杂技术问题，主导跨部门协作并对项目质量与交付风险进行有效把控。
能顺利承接团队内在研及已经交付的系统或平台后端开发工作，进行系统性分析问题，设计并落地可行的技术方案，对结果负责。
项目推进与风险把控：能够识别需求、技术、依赖等多维度风险，制定缓解预案并在项目全周期持续跟踪与调整。具备离网或新能源行业的电商项目经验或生产制造行业软件交付经验优先
岗位职责
1、负责核心业务服务例如公司会员体系管理平台的方案设计、编码实现与性能优化，保障高并发、高可用。
2、负责领域内复杂需求的技术拆解与方案选型，独立推进从设计到上线的全流程交付。
3、设计、开发并维护高质量的 RESTful API / 微服务，完成与前端、移动端及第三方系统的对接。
4、参与系统架构优化与中间件选型，对稳定性、扩展性、可维护性提出改进建议并落地实施。
5、负责关键模块的代码评审与技术把关，推动团队代码规范和工程效率提升。
6、主导与产品、测试、运营等跨部门的需求评审与技术评审，识别业务与技术风险并制定应对方案。
7、对线上问题进行快速定位与根因分析，推动问题闭环并沉淀为可复用的工具与经验。
任职资格
1、计算机相关专业本科及以上学历，具备扎实的计算机基础（数据结构、算法、操作系统、网络等）。
2、3-5年Java后端开发经验，有独立负责核心模块或项目的经历。
3、精通 Java 及主流框架（如 Spring Boot / Spring Cloud / MyBatis /等）
4、熟练掌握关系型数据库（MySQL等）及至少一种缓存/消息中间件（Redis、Kafka、RabbitMQ 、ElasticSearch等）。
5、熟悉微服务架构、服务治理、配置中心与注册中心，有高并发、高可用系统设计与优化经验优先。
6、具备优秀的跨部门沟通与协作能力，能够在多角色参与的项目中达成共识并推动落地，对项目进度与风险有较强掌控力。
