岗位职责：
1. 负责支撑平台项目的EMC测试任务，支持项目产品研发中后期的EMI、EMS的电磁兼容性测试项，提供关键器件的EMC认证；
2. 按照医疗器械相关标准的EMC测试要求，编写项目测试计划、设备测试流程，为脑机器件搭建测试环境，使用测试设备对器件进行EMC测试，记录统计测试结果，撰写EMC测试报告；
3. 负责支持研发团队预研器件的EMC问题整改，依据型式检验及注册认证中出现的所有EMC问题的定位、分析与整改，出具权威的整改分析报告；
4. 参与新产品的硬件（原理图/PCB/结构）设计评审，从EMC角度提出设计建议与规范，将EMC设计理念融入产品开发初期，预防潜在风险。
5.协助实验室负责人推进实验室检测资质认证工作以及实验室其他工作；
6.负责对EMC测试设备的管理和维护；
7. 完成领导交办的其他工作。

任职要求：
1.本科及以上学历，电子通信相关专业，具有较为系统的模电、数电、电磁兼容的理论基础；
2.熟悉EMC基本原理，对整机辐射传导噪声来源、传输途径、敏感源有系统性理解；
3.对EMC技术有深入了解，熟悉EMI接收机、运放、信号发生器等EMC测试设备；
4.有医疗器械、无线通信、工业测控等领域的EMC整改方案经验者优先考虑；
5.熟悉医疗器械行业的EMC认证标准、有搭建国际认证的EMC暗室经验者优先考虑；
6.具备高度责任感和主管能动性，认真求实、耐心细致，具备良好团队意识；
7.具备较好的沟通协作能力，执行力强。
