岗位职责：
1. 负责IIT及注册临床的项目管理工作，制定项目管理计划，确保项目按时推进，符合法规要求；
2. 负责研究中心的试验准备、立项、伦理、启动、质量控制、数据清理等各环节的进度把控；
3. 根据管理制度进行审阅各中心的临床研究项目合同，完成研究合同的商谈和签署工作；
4. 负责临床研究质量体系文件的建立，并组织相关培训，及时根据政策法规变化进行优化，提供相应的建议；
5. 负责试验资金、物资、设备的预算与调配，收集相关文件；
6. 负责研究中心的沟通维护及试验机构的研究者、数统、公司内部及项目组的沟通与协调；
7. 推进项目相关的所有报告，定期召开项目会，及时发现并解决问题；
8. 负责研究必需文件及其更新的审核与管理；
9. 其他上级安排的工作。
任职要求：
1. 医学、药学、生物学等相关专业硕士及以上;
2. 要求5年及以上临床项目管理经验，熟悉项目从启动到结束的流程，至少负责过3个完整的项目，有项目管理、外部CRO、SMO资源;
3. 有神经、眼科领域或IIT研究临床项目经验者优先，能够适应一定频率的出差;
4. 熟悉植入有源医疗器械的临床试验（GCP）等相关法规要求，经历省级以上现场核查和飞检；
5. 具备较强的技术研究能力，具有临床课题项目撰写经验，自立完成科研项目的策划与执行管理工作；
6. 具备出色的沟通协调能力，能够有效地协调内外部资源，推动项目进展；
7. 熟悉国家科技政策和相关法规，具备良好的财务审计知识和风险管理意识；
8. 工作积极主动、认真负责，良好的人际沟通协调能力、高度的责任，能抗压。
