岗位职责：
1、负责基于强化学习或模仿学习的方法开发和优化适用于全身外骨骼等复杂外设的控制算法，实现算法功能的开发和优化。
2、仿真到现实（Sim2Real）的应用：对所需的脑机接口与外骨骼等复杂外设控制算法进行仿真训练，并验证其在真实环境中的表现，*终部署至实际应用场景中。
3、数据收集与实机测试：在现实环境中收集数据，并进行实机测试，确保算法的有效性和可靠性。
4、快速验证与算法优化：实现强化学习或模仿学习的在实际场景中的快速验证，提出算法优化方案，并参与算法模型的开发与优化工作。

任职要求：
1、拥有机器人、自动化、计算机科学、生物医学工程等相关专业硕士及以上学历。
2、精通C++和Python编程语言；熟练掌握PyTorch、TensorFlow等主流深度学习框架的一种或多种，并具有深度学习、强化学习、模仿学习等方面的训练和部署经验。
3、熟悉NVIDIA Isaac、V-Rep、Gazebo、MuJoCo、PyBullet等仿真软件，并掌握运动学和动力学建模的基本方法。
4、熟悉机器人学的基本原理，包括正逆运动学、动力学等，并具有较强的文献研究、代码转换和项目实施能力。
5、具备较强的自学能力和责任心，对工作充满热情，积极主动，并具有良好的沟通与表达能力。
6、了解并热爱机器人行业，对具身智能领域有浓厚的兴趣和激情，特别是脑机接口与智能辅助设备的应用与发展。
