岗位职责：
1.深入理解化工厂业务战略，协助领导制定人力资源规划，推动组织发展、人才梯队建设及文化落地；
2.为生产、设备、研发、EHS（安全环保）等业务部门提供针对性人力资源解决方案，支持业务目标达成；
3.主导关键岗位人才招聘（如工艺工程师、生产管理、计划统计等），优化招聘渠道，解决工厂用人需求；
4.协助工厂各部门开展化工安全、用工、考证等相关岗位技能培训；
5.协助领导处理员工劳动争议，协调劳资关系，构建和谐工作环境；
6.负责工厂人才梯度建设实施，组织班组人员竞聘、职位晋升考核等相关事宜；
7..策划员工关怀活动，强化安全文化、精益生产文化等价值观传递。

任职要求：
1.统招本科及以上学历，人力资源管理、化工、心理学、企业管理等相关专业优先；
2.具备5年以上HRBP或HR综合管理经验，有化工、制造业背景者优先；
3.熟悉生产制造业或化工行业特点（如倒班制、安全生产要求、技术工种认证等）；
4.擅长招聘、员工关系、培训等模块，熟悉劳动法及化工行业相关法规；
5.熟练使用常用办公软件，具备数据分析能力，能通过人力资源数据支持业务决策；
6.抗压能力强，具备优秀的沟通协调能力，能在生产部门与职能部门间有效联动。
