4、熟悉 Linux 环境及 Docker 容器技术，能够独立完成 Python 后端服务部署；
5、具备良好的逻辑思维能力和工程化能力，能够独立抽象问题并形成可落地方案；
6、熟悉常用数据结构和算法，能够编写高质量、简洁、清晰的代码；
7、具备较强的沟通能力与团队协作精神，能够主动推动项目落地。
