岗位职责：
1、负责收集、处理、反馈、跟踪客户的技术问题，做好客户技术支持工作；
2、负责挖掘新客户的新项目，了解客户的需求，和销售共同完成Design in；
3、负责现场技术问题的解答和产品维护；
4、及时学习和掌握公司的产品和技术，了解业界动态；
5、为市场、销售人员和代理商等提供技术培训，完成相关技术、应用等文件的撰写;
6、深入理解产品应用和技术发展趋势，协助市场人员提出新产品的需求和定义。
岗位要求：
1、具有本科及以上学历，通信工程，自动化，电子信息，半导体等相关专业毕业；
2、熟练使用PCB绘制软件，能独立完成原理图制作和PCB的Layout；
3、熟练示波器，万用表，逻辑分析仪等常规仪器的使用。
4、信号链或嵌入式硬件开发，至少会2个
5、具有较强的需求分析能力、积极主动解决问题的能力，有责任心、乐意学习新的事物。
6、具有2年以上芯片原厂FAE/AE工作经验者优先考虑；优秀应届毕业生也可考虑；
7、通过CET-4，能独立完成英语文档的阅读和撰写。
