岗位职责：
1、负责铁路智能运维、数据管理平台、地面主控与数据平台等核心B端系统的后端架构设计、服务开发和代码编写；
2、负责设计和开发高并发、高可用的数据接入服务，高效处理来自机车（车辆端）的海量实时传感器数据、业务数据和分析结果；
3、与前端工程师、算法工程师紧密协作，主导业务逻辑的实现和API接口的设计与开发，为上层应用（如实时监控、数据分析、故障预警）提供稳定、高效的数据支持；
4、负责后端数据库（如MySQL/PostgreSQL）及中间件（如Kafka、Redis、Elasticsearch、InfluxDB/ClickHouse）的选型、设计和性能优化，确保海量数据的可靠存储和高效查询；
5、配合测试和运维团队，负责系统的部署、调试和持续优化，定位并解决线上问题，保障系统的高可用性和稳定性。
任职资格：
1、计算机科学、软件工程等相关专业，本科及以上学历，具备扎实的计算机基础知识（数据结构、算法、网络）；
2、具备3年及以上后端开发经验，有工业物联网（IoT）、车联网、时序数据处理或高并发系统开发经验者优先；
3、精通Java或Go开发语言，深入理解其并发编程和性能调优；熟悉Spring Boot/Spring Cloud或Gin/Go-Micro等主流微服务框架；
4、熟练掌握MySQL/PostgreSQL等关系型数据库，并有丰富的SQL优化经验；
5、熟悉并有Kafka、RabbitMQ等消息队列的实际项目经验；熟悉Redis、Elasticsearch等常用中间件；有InfluxDB、ClickHouse等时序数据库使用经验者优先；
6、熟悉RESTful API设计规范；熟悉Docker、Kubernetes等容器化技术；熟悉Linux开发环境和Shell脚本编写；
7、具备优秀的逻辑思维、沟通协作能力和解决复杂问题的能力，责任心强，能够快速理解铁路行业的复杂业务逻辑。
