1、负责美术资产的效果提升和优化，包括场景，角色，道具等，模型资产的材质美术效果；
2、针对宣传视频提供特殊的模型技术支持，如：根据镜头特殊处理模型材质等；
3、管理和把控unity模型资产，与模型环节、程序环节做对接。确保unity模型资源正常。
任职要求：
1、熟悉unity引擎，并熟练掌握材质节点；
2、了解3D制作软件，贴图绘制软件，渲染器和其工作流。如：3DMAX ，MAYA ，SP ，ZB，SD等；
3、了解如何做引擎中实现，还原，提升美术效果；
4、有蓝图、特效等效果实现经验者优先；
5、具有良好的美术能力，审美能力。学习能力强，有良好的自我学习习惯，并具备技术前瞻性思维，能够讲前沿美术技术引入到团队中；
6、沟通能力强，能出色的配合，协同工作。抗压能力强，对个人和团队都有极强的责任心。
