3.了解行业发展与组织发展，有一定的能力为销售市场部进行初步的组织架构诊断，具备人才盘点，继任者计划、关键岗位评估能力，并可以提供高效、优质的HR解决方案；
4.协助HRD搭建领导力学院课程内容，结合业务通电设计培训方案；
5.建立员工沟通机制，通过1对1方言，团队调研等方式掌握了解员工动态，及时响应并协调解决问题，处理劳动节分，营造积极和谐的团队氛围，提升员工归属感
6.主动与管理层、员工互动，丰富沟通渠道，成为员工与团队管理者、员工与公司的沟通纽带、意见建议的反馈对象；
7.确保人力资源各项制度在销售市场部高效执行，收集业务端对于HR的工作反馈，联动HRCOE优化流程
8.协助业务部门负责人结合业务实际发展与需求，完成年度人力预算编制，提升人效。
任职要求：
任职要求：
1.本科及以上学历，管理类或人力资源相关专业；
2.五年以上HR相关工作经验，有医药领域，医疗器械，生命健康行业经验者优先
3. 熟悉人力资源全模块工作，尤其在招聘培训有扎实的实操经验，能独立解决复杂HR问题
4.具备明锐的洞察能力和分析判断力；良好的沟通能力和亲和力
5.具有集团化大BP项目推动和实施经验者优先。
