岗位职责
1.安全事故处理：应急响应食品生产、安全、职业健康事故，调查原因并推动整改，建立事故档案。
2.培训教育：制定安环培训计划，开展分层培训（含法规、操作规范等），组织考核并更新内容。
3.隐患整改及设施管理：日常巡检排查安全、食品、职业健康隐患，跟踪整改；维护消防、消毒等设施完好。
4.环境合规：监督废水、废气、固废处理达标，配合环保检测与检查，整理并留存环境监测报告、合规证明等文件。
5.虫害管理：制定防控方案，对接消杀机构，监控虫害活动，确保消杀合规。
6.部门文件管理：编制、修订安环文件（制度、记录等），确保版本合规并归档追溯。
7.部门物料采购：制定采购计划（如试剂、防护装备），审核资质，跟踪验收与库存。
岗位要求
1.大专及以上学历，食品、安全、环境工程等相关专业优先；
2.2年以上食品行业安环管理经验，熟悉相关法规（如《食品安全法》《环保法》）及生产风险点，有应对监管检查或有安全事故处理、体系审核（如 ISO22000、ISO14001）经验者优先；
3.具备风险识别、隐患排查能力，能制定针对性防控措施，能独立处理事故、编制文件；
4.持有食品安全管理员证、安全工程师证、ISO 体系内审员证等资质者优先；
5.原则性强，沟通协调能力佳，抗压能力强，能快速响应突发事件并高效处理。
