1. 3年及以上后端开发经验，至少精通 Java / Python / Golang 中的两种
2. 熟练使用 MySQL、Redis、Kafka/RabbitMQ/RocketMQ 等常用中间件，深刻理解其原理与调优手段。
3. 有大型分布式系统架构设计或重构经验，熟悉微服务、DDD、高并发、高可用方案。
4. 对 AI Agent、LLM（如 GPT、Llama、Claude 等）、RAG（Retrieval-Augmented Generation）有实际使用或落地经验.
5. 强烈的 Ownership：对线上问题负责到底，主动推进解决。
6. 优秀的跨团队沟通与协作能力，乐于分享，重视团队成功。
7.有建筑、医疗、文旅、养老相关领域工作经历的优先。
