6、精通软件部署和系统以及数据库性能优化；

7、精通设计模式，数据库设计,对OOP、AOP有深刻的理解；

8、精通使用主流Web应用服务器（tomcat、weblogic等）；

9、精通使用Eclipse开发工具；

10、精通使用Rational Rose、PowerDesigner、Enterprise Architect等系统分析和数据库设计工具；

11、精通SVN、Git代码版本管理工具；

12、具有良好的沟通能力能力，优秀的学习能力，具备良好的团队意识，能承受工作压力，富有进取心。
