岗位职责：
1. 负责公司内部信息系统的架构设计、开发、测试、功能优化，保障系统的稳定性和安全性；
2. 负责现有信息系统的功能迭代开发、保障运行工作；
3. 负责公司信息系统的部署、监控、性能调优及故障排查处理；
4. 公司编写和维护技术文档，沉淀运维规范与开发*佳实践。

任职要求：
1. 本科及以上学历，计算机、软件工程或相关专业；
2. 3 年以上数据库开发或运维经验，有 KingbaseES 数据库使用经验者优先；
3. 熟悉 KingbaseES、Oracle 等关系型数据库，熟练掌握 SQL 与 PL/SQL 开发；
4. 熟练使用 Vue 前端框架，了解 Element Plus，有前后端分离项目经验；
5. 具备良好的沟通能力、协调推进能力、缜密的分析总结能力，能够快速理解业务需求并转化为技术方案；
7. 有大型企业信息化部门工作经验者优先。
