【职位描述】
技术服务工程师（大模型方向）岗位聚焦于云机器学习、大模型服务平台百炼等AI相关领域产品服务与支持工作。
1. 帮助客户提供大模型产品调优、评测、调用排错，针对客户需求场景提供方案支持，负责疑难问题的快速定位、分析解决；
2、与后端技术团队对接，根据客户反馈的问题推动云产品Bug修复、架构方案优化。推进SOP、服务工具的落地；
3、整理输出技术文档与解决方案，指导用户业务场景落地。
【职位要求】
1. 专科以上学历，5年以上Java开发经验，有AI项目开发经验！
愿意做大模型技术支持！愿意往大模型转，学习大模型相关知识。
2. 有大模型相关的应用或项目开发、落地经验，掌握RAG、Prompt调优等技能优先；
3. 对 AIGC 、LLM技术与应用有极高的热情，愿意学习主流大模型，如ChatGPT/LLaMA/GLM等，
4. 愿意学习典型深度学习框架；
5. 在通义千问/在文心一言等国内主要大模型厂商有大模型构建经验者优先；
6沟通能力良好，具备团队合作精神，有对客服务经验者优先；
