Responsibility 岗位职责：
1.Establish maintain delivery plan fproject documents.
建立和维护项目文档发送计划。
2.Register, distribute archive all technical documentation to/from customers, sub-contractors suppliers.
登记、分发和存档与客户、分包商和供应商来往的所有技术文档。
3.Monitoring reporting document progress, report deviations to internal/external regularly. Supervise, guide assist project teams to have correct operation in document management system of company.
监控并报告文档进度，并定期向内外部报告偏差。监督、指导和协助项目人员正确使用文档管理系统。
4.Coordinate document printing tasks according to project plan
根据项目计划协调安排文档打印工作及寄送。

Competence 岗位要求：
1. Bachelabove
大学本科学历及以上。
2.Electrical Engineering automation/English other language major
电气自动化专业/英语或其他语言类专业。
3.Good English skill in writtenal. CET-6 above.
良好的英语听说读写能力, 满足日常沟通需求。英语六级及以上证书。
4.Good team-work player, positive work attitude.
良好的团队合作精神，积极主动的工作态度。
