Summary：
The Procurement in Integration & Energy is responsible fdelivery solutions to Offshore market, serving the shipyards ship owners in China, Korea region. Under direction of Regional Procurement Manager & working with Procurement Lead, Project Team of Kongsberg is responsible fdelivery procurement in project team.

Responsibility：
1.Follow up on Purchaseder in meeting project delivery milestone fregular monitoring with suppliers, logistics, Procurement Lead and/delivery engineer(s)
2.Assist Project Manager on contractual matters to ensure compliance, risk management change management
3.Interface with Project Planner fproject delivery alignment
4.Interface fLogistics arrangement after FAT
5.The ability to influence fon time delivery
6.Follow up with suppliers fPOs confirmation
7.Obtain progress milestone certification and/proof of delivery from suppliers/contractto proceed fpayment
8.Other tasks as needed given by manager

Competence：
1.Min. Degree in Business Administration in Supply Chain
2.Relevant professional certification in Procurement related will be considered
3.Minimum 7 years in Project Supply Chain related experience
4.EPC experience will be added advantage
5.Experience in contract negotiation & risk assessment skill will be added advantage
6.Willing to work under pressure
7.Strong interpersonal communication skills
8.Strong ability to develop relationships with others
9.A self-starting attitude, ability to work independently on multiple projects
10.A detail-oriented approach that delivers consistently high-quality services to deadlines within a fast-paced environment
11.Must be able to work within tight timelines while maintaining accuracy efficiency of assigned tasks
12.A high degree of computer literacy
