岗位职责：
一、薪酬管理：
1、依据公司战略与业务特性，设计、搭建、迭代全薪酬体系（职级、岗位价值、宽带薪酬、固浮比、津贴补贴、长期激励）；
2、制定薪酬策略，组织薪酬调研，编制年度调薪规则与方案；
3、负责人力成本预算、核算、监控、分析，管控薪酬总额、人力成本率、人效指标、边际收益；
4、设计并实施员工、高管激励机制，审核奖金池与分配方案。
5、确保薪酬制度符合劳动法、社保、个税、财税等法规，处理薪酬异常与争议。
二、绩效管理：
1、搭建并优化公司级绩效管理体系并主导全流程运营；
2、统筹战略到各级目标设定、过程辅导、绩效评估、结果反馈、校准会议等全流程实施，推动绩效文化落地。
3、建立组织绩效&个人绩效联动机制，将战略解码至部门与岗位，设计、搭建绩效指标体系。
4、定期组织绩效数据分析、诊断、复盘，输出报告并提出组织与业务改进建议。

任职要求：
1、本科及以上学历，8年以上人力资源管理经验，具备从薪酬绩效体系搭建到全面运营的经验；
2、掌握扎实的薪酬、绩效管理理论基础，具备3年以上COE或薪酬绩效体系，能独立主导薪酬绩效体系搭建、优化专项工作；
3、精通HR全模块知识，具备系统的人力资源管理理论知识；
4、熟悉组织合规化要求，根据劳动法律法规有效规避用工风险；
5、能在快速变化的环境中承受压力，工作投入度高，具备良好的学习能力和适应能力。
