岗位职责
1、参与公司GMP质量管理体系的升级与管理工作，对GMP管理，文件执行情况及时监督、检查、指导；
2、负责原辅料、包装材料的审核放行工作；评价批生产及包装记录、检验记录，负责产品放行的审核工作；
3、生产过程的监控及质量管理，保证各项操作的关键点在可控制的范围内，保证生产过程符合要求，在生产过程中发现问题并寻求改进；
4、全面负责落实接受各项认证、客户审计的相关工作；承担对供应商的质量审计、用户信息处理与产品稳定性评价；
5、负责公司验证和确认工作，质量统计、偏差变更、产品质量回顾、风险评估等的管理；
6、负责质量相关文件的起草和修订；负责管理偏差、变更、纠正预防措施；
7、负责对GMP相关内容等的培训。
岗位要求：
1、药学.制药工程相关专业，本科及以上学历；
2、至少5年以上制药公司或者医疗器械工作经验，3年以上同岗位工作经验；
3、熟悉GMP及相关管理体系且熟练应用GMP对产品质量进行控制；
4、较强的问题解决能力和数据分析能力，能够快速识别并解决复杂的质量问题。
5、具有一定的文字功底，有良好的沟通协调能力.敏锐的思考和分析能力。
