岗位职责：
1.根据项目需求完成负责功能模块的设计开发和优化工作，满足公司软件质量和安全要求；
2.参与需求分析，进行技术方案和模块设计，并编写高质量、可维护的代码，提高系统稳定性及高并发处理能力；
3.编写技术文档，参与代码评审，与前端、测试、产品等团队成员高效协作，确保项目顺利交付；
4.参与线上问题定位、跟踪、修复。
任职要求：
1.专科及以上学历，计算机、软件相关专业优先，3年及以上后端开发经验。
2.掌握Node.js及事件驱动、异步编程机制，精通至少一种主流 Node.js框架。
3.熟悉SpringMVC、SpringBoot、SpringCloud、MyBatis等框架。
4.熟悉数据库技术，包括但不限于MySQL/PostgreSQL/Mongo的开发和优化，以及 Redis 等缓存技术的使用。
5.熟练使用 Git 进行版本控制，了解 Docker 及 CI/CD 的基本概念和流程；
6.良好的代码质量和习惯，具备较强的独立问题分析和解决能力，拥有良好的沟通能力和团队合作精神，责任心强。
