1. 性别要求：身体健康，能适应现场巡检、夜间应急值守；
2. 学历：大专及以上安全工程、化工、制药等相关专业；
3. 工作经验：5 年及以上精细 / 化工企业全职安全管理实操经验，熟悉危化生产车间、库房、特殊作业全流程管控；
4. 持证要求：持有注册安全工程师（化工安全专业）执业资格证书，证书须注册至本公司；
5. 专业能力及工作职责
（1）精通生产安全事故管理：负责事故调查、原因分析、整改方案编制、事故隐患排查闭环、事故台账归档；
（2）统筹应急管理工作：应急预案编制/修订、应急物资管理、应急演练策划组织、突发泄漏/灼伤/火灾应急处置；
（3）独立完成安全教育培训全流程：年度培训计划编制、新员工三级安全教育、转岗 / 复岗 / 特种作业专项培训、培训档案管理、考核组织；
（4）精通危化品全流程管理，包括危险化学品档案、化学品登记，独立编制化学品安全技术说明书（MSDS）、安全标签（一书一签）；
（5）熟练掌握动火、受限空间、高处、盲抽盲板等八大特殊作业审批流程、现场核查、票证管理；
（6）协助或参与安全生产标准化、EHS 体系搭建及体系日常维护、内审资料编制等；
（7）领导交待的其它工作。
