岗位职责：

1. 服务器端需求沟通，核心技术研发，线上服务维护等；

2. 负责软件开发过程中的问题分析和总结，提供建议帮助改善研发流程；

3. 和团队其他研发成员一起设计和编码实现产品，并发布上线；

任职要求：

1.本科及以上学历，计算机以及相关专业,3年以上 Java 后端研发经验。

2. 对jvm优化、sql优化、高并发、设计模式有相关优化经验或深入理解。

3.熟练使用 Spring boot、spring cloud等框架，至少对其中一个框架原理或常用组件有深入了解；

4.熟练使用 MySQL 、Redis 等存储技术, 了解各存储特性;

5.至少熟悉rabbitmq、kafka、rocketmq中的一种；

6.熟悉 Linux 平台常用操作命令及服务器相关知识, 有编写脚本能力;
