3. 熟悉网络和VOIP通信协议（TCP/IP,SIP/IAX），熟悉VOIP体系架构，有相关开发部署经验；
4. 熟悉CTI／IPPBX／ACD／IVR技术及产品，有流程开发经验；
5. 熟练掌握并使用MySQL、PostgreSQL数据库和Linux、Uinx环境下的网络通信编程；
6. 精通JAVA或C++其中一种编程语言；
7. 精通 Linux 系统操作，熟悉系统日志分析、端口服务管理、抓包（tcpdump、Wireshark）、网络排障；
8. 有企业融合通讯、IMS系统或呼叫中心相关开发经验；
9. 具备良好的沟通协调能力、学习能力和执行力，能快速响应客户需求与突发事件。
