岗位职责：

2.协助主管经理监督和跟进组别内各项工作进度、把控工作质量，确保物料/工程/服务的按时、按质交付；
3.作为采购专家对组内员工进行支持和辅导，协助下属员工推进采购工作，保证工作的效率和有效性；
4.协助主管经理处理采购工作中遇到的问题及突发事件，为团队提供支持；
5.协助部门制定和完善采购管理程序、制度和流程，提出改善或优化建议；
6.参与解决合约执行过程中出现的问题，为合同主管部门提供技术支持；
7.寻找、开发新的供应商资源，为开发替代产品提供支持以促进采购工作的持续改进；
8.关注并了解市场价格、技术发展趋势，提出采购方式创新及流程优化的建议。
任职要求：
1.大学本科毕业，具有机械、电子、电气自动化等工程技术或轨道交通专业背景者优先；
2.具备8年以上项目管理/采购相关工作经验，至少1年的团队管理经验；
3.具备较强的商务谈判技能、沟通和语言表达能力，并具备良好的分析及解决问题的能力；
4.为人正直、诚实，做事考虑全面、周到，原则性强，廉洁自律，具备较强的抗压能力；
5.善于总结及创新，具备较强的数据分析能力。
