工作职责
1. 制定公司销售战略与计划，明确销售目标、市场开拓方向及盈利指标，确保达成年度、季度销售任务。

岗位要求
1. 学历与专业：本科及以上学历。
2. 工作经验：8年以上电子行业经验，其中3年以上团队管理经验，3年以上销售经验，具备跨职群经验者优先。熟悉电子制造或智能硬件的销售逻辑，有成功开拓市场或达成高额销售目标的案例。
3. 能力要求：
- 具备敏锐的市场洞察力与商业判断力，能准确把握电子行业发展趋势与客户需求。
- 优秀的团队领导与管理能力，擅长激励团队、整合资源，带领团队高效完成销售任务。
- 出色的沟通谈判与商务合作能力，能与大客户建立长期稳定的合作关系，推动大额订单成交。
- 较强的抗压能力，能适应快节奏工作与市场变化，目标导向，承担销售目标压力。
4. 其他要求：具备丰富的电子行业客户资源者优先；有外企销售经验或对海外客户销售经验者优先。
