岗位职责：

1、依据业务需求，对devops平台产品进行模块设计和开发；

2、对devops平台产品设计进行持续迭代与优化；

3、技术难题攻关及新兴技术预研；

4、短期出差及项目交付支持工作

任职要求：

1、3年以上的Java开发工作经验；JAVA基础扎实，理解io、多线程、集合等基础框架，对JVM原理有一定的了解，熟悉groovy；

2、熟悉SpringCloud技术栈，有分布式服务开发经验；高性能的分布式系统的设计及调优；

3、熟悉关系型数据库的设计及优化方法（MySQL），能熟练使用常见NoSQL存储（如redis）；

4、对如下中间件：缓存（如redis）、消息队列(如rabbitMQ)、日志分析系统（如ELK）的应用场景及使用方法有深入了解；

5、对Devops体系有较深入的了解，熟练使用Jenkins、nexus、nginx、gitlab、sonar等相关工具；

6、掌握主流前端框架、JS库及相关生态工具，如：VUEJS等；熟悉常用的UI框架如element-ui,iview等；

7、熟练掌握k8s，docker以及常用网络技术，了解代码质量安全技术；

8、熟练操作Linux系统；

6、注重代码质量，有良好的软件工程和编码规范意识；

7、对技术充满热情，勇于尝试与创新；

8、沟通能力好，做事积极主动，强悍的团队意识；

9、对工作流引擎activity有一定的使用经验；

10、有撰写脚本的能力，shell、python等
