岗位职责：
1. 参与大模型的研发和优化，包括模型训练、微调及推理加速等；

5. 参与分布式训练、模型并行与推理加速的研发，提高大模型的计算效率；
6. 解决大模型在实际落地过程中的技术问题，优化存储、推理性能和部署方案；
7. 撰写技术文档，分享研究成果，促进团队技术成长。
岗位要求：
1. 熟练掌握 Python，具备扎实的编程能力和良好的代码风格；
2. 具备深度学习理论基础，熟悉常见的机器学习/深度学习算法，如 CNN、RNN、Transformer 等；
3. 熟练使用 PyTorch，并有实际模型开发、训练、优化的经验；
4. 了解分布式训练、模型并行、数据并行等加速技术，有大规模模型训练经验者优先；
5. 熟悉模型优化方法，如知识蒸馏、模型剪枝、量化等，具备推理加速经验者优先；
6. 具有较强的团队协作能力、问题解决能力和自我驱动力，能快速学习新技术并应用到项目中；
7. 研究生学历优先，有大模型相关项目经验者优先。
加分项：
• 了解多模态大模型（如 LLaVA、BLIP-2）的训练与应用；
• 有 AIGC 领域（文本生成、图像生成等）相关经验；
