岗位职责
1. 参与AI数据平台的后端服务开发，负责如数据应用、任务调度、数据质量校验等系统的开发工作。
2. 使用 Docker 对数据处理任务进行封装部署，并利用 Kubernetes 进行自动化发布和资源弹性管理。
3. 负责设计、开发和维护稳定、可扩展的数据处理流程，包括定时批量处理和实时数据处理。
4. 使用 Spark 和 Hive 等大数据工具，开发和维护大规模的数据抽取、转换和加载流程，为公司的数据仓库和数据平台提供支持。
5. 对数据处理任务的性能进行优化，解决数据处理速度慢、资源消耗不均等问题。
任职资格
1. 学历：计算机、软件工程、数据科学或相关专业，本科及以上学历。
2. 经验：具备3年以上大数据平台开发或数据工程相关经验。
3. 技术能力：精通 Python 编程，熟悉使用 PySpark 进行开发，并能对 Spark SQL 进行性能优化。
熟练使用 Docker 封装应用，了解 Kubernetes 的基本部署与资源管理。
掌握至少一种 Python Web 框架，能够使用 Flask 或 FastAPI 开发数据服务接口。
熟悉 Hive、StarRocks、PostgreSQL 等常用数据库系统。
具备一定的数据仓库设计能力，了解数据分层建模（如原始数据层、明细层、汇总层等）的基本理念。
加分项：
1. 有 StarRocks 数据库的实际操作和性能优化经验。
2. 熟悉 Kafka 消息队列或 Flink 实时计算框架。
3. 对数据资产管理、数据链路追踪、数据质量保障体系有一定了解。
