岗位职责：
1.Develop customized ERP systems, including modules ffinance, supply chain, manufacturing.
2.Integrate ERP systems with other internal platforms (e.g., CRM, WMS, MES, OA) third-party services, leveraging technologies such as APIs, web services, message queues.
3.Identify optimize performance bottlenecks in existing systems. Address technical challenges in high-concurrency, large-scale data scenarios to ensure system reliability efficiency.
4.Manage the daily operation, maintenance, stability of the system.
任职要求：
• Proficient in Java object-oriented design, with in-depth understanding of JVM principles, multithreading, collection frameworks, I/O, NIO, related technologies.
• Well-versed in mainstream Java frameworks such as Spring Boot, Spring Cloud, Spring MVC, MyBatis/JPA.
• Strong skills in database design optimization, with extensive experience in SQL programming performance tuning. Familiar with at least one relational database such asacle, MySQL.
• Familiar with common message middleware (e.g., Kafka, RabbitMQ), caching technologies (e.g., Redis), application servers (e.g., Tomcat, WebLogic).
• Experience with Microsoft Office, Visio, Project
• Ability to gracefully manage multiple priorities, commitments projects in fast-paced dynamic environment
