岗位职责：
1. 设计人工智能应用系统技术架构，确保系统运行稳定、高效和安全；
2. 根据大模型模型服务设计要求和开发计划，编写后端系统代码，确保各模块代码满足产品需求；
3. 构建大模型行业数据集制作流程，开发相关工具脚本，并完成大批量数据集构建；
4. 针对行业应用，设计高复用度的RAG实施方案，并开发相关工具；
5. 辅助开展行业示范模型训练验证等工作。
任职要求：
1. 计算机相关专业统招本科及以上学历；
2. 3年以上企业级平台系统或互联网应用相关开发经验，具备高并发、高稳定可用性、高性能产品架构实际项目开发经验；
3. 精通Python语言及常用类库，Flask/FastAPI等Web技术框架，熟悉主流数据库技术，了解前端开发技术；
4. 具备以下工作经验者优先：1）人工智能模型部署或服务系统研发；2）RAG相关系统开发和实施；3）大模型训练数据处理
5. 具有良好的言语表达能力，善于与人沟通合作，有良好等团队意识与高度责任感。
