岗位职责
1.负责项目后端服务开发，基于 Flask 实现施工方案生成、智能审查、参数提取、自动绘图等核心功能。
2.负责大模型 API 封装、提示词工程开发与优化，维护自研小模型及光明大模型调用逻辑。
3.设计并迭代参数提取、方案生成、智能审查等场景的 Prompt 模板，提升 AI 输出准确性。
4.集成 PaddleOCR、FastAPI 绘图、LMP‑IAS 审查、南瑞 SSO、MinIO 等第三方服务。
5.负责 MySQL、Redis、MinIO 数据存储设计，保证系统性能与稳定性。
6.使用 Docker、Gunicorn、Nginx 完成服务部署、线上问题排查与性能优化。
任职要求
1.3年以上 Python 开发经验，精通 Flask 框架，熟悉 SQLAlchemyM。
2.具备大模型应用开发经验，熟悉 Prompt 工程，能独立编写、优化提示词。
3.有大模型 API（通义千问 / 行业大模型）对接经验，了解 SSE 流式返回。
4.熟练使用 MySQL、Redis、MinIO，具备数据库设计与接口开发能力。
5.熟悉 Docker 容器化部署，能独立完成服务上线与问题定位。
6.具备良好代码规范、文档习惯，责任心强，沟通顺畅。
7.有电力行业、AI 审查、OCR 文档处理、方案生成类项目经验优先。
