3、JAVA基础扎实，熟悉io、多线程、集合等基础框架，了解分布式、缓存、消息等机制；

4、熟悉MySQL、Oracle、Redis，理解数据库的索引设计和SQL编写规范；

5、了解Nosql数据库，如：hbase、elasticserach、mongon，熟练使用API；

6、熟悉分布式服务框架技术，如 dubbo、springcloud、webservice、restful等；

7、良好的沟通能力和学习能力，热衷于技术。
