6、制定工厂年度安全健康环保目标指标，支持各部门经理分析安全健康环保目标指标分解。
7、统筹制定工厂年度安全健康环保培训计划和跟进培训进度和培训效果。
8、持续改善工厂的事故汇报积极性和主动性，建立工厂事故统计与分析，提升工厂事故分析和汇报的质量。
9、提升自身在工厂安全管理的能力，并改善与提高工厂的安全表现。
10、全面指导、评估、支持和发展安全健康环保工程师、职业健康的能力，并提供完成工作的资源。
11、建立与当地政府部门沟通有效方式和途径，完成各项指标。
12、建立与工厂各部门的有效沟通，实现团队合作的效率*大化。
13、上级安排的其他工作。
职位要求：
1、学历背景：理工类专业，本科及以上学历
2、工作经验：8年以上安全管理或生产管理工作经验。
