岗位职责：
1. 参与公司软件产品研发和项目实施工作；

5. 不断完善系统功能，优化系统性能，提高系统的稳定性和可靠性，保证系统的高性能和高可用；
6. 跟进新技术的探索研究，应用到实际产品开发中，不断迭代优化。
岗位要求:
1. 本科及以上学历，计算机相关专业；
2. 三年以上Java语言开发经验，Java基础知识扎实，熟悉web应用相关开发技术，熟悉常用算法、数据结构、网络及多线程编程技术；
3. 能够熟练使用Oracle、Mysql等数据库，熟悉SQL语句；
4. 熟悉Linux系统，掌握常用命令；
5. 熟悉HTML,CSS,JavaScript,Ajax,jQuery等Web前端技术;
6. 对新技术敏感，求知欲强，具备较强的技术领悟能力，能快速学习并掌握工作所需知识技能；
7. 思路清晰，善于思考，能独立分析和解决问题；
8. 工作积极主动，认真负责，具有良好的语言表达沟通能力，具有团队协作精神；
9.有过大中型政府项目管理经验。
10. 能够服从公司安排和项目需要，适应长期出差【西藏拉萨】。
11. 完成公司安排的其他工作任务。
