职位描述：
工作内容：
1、参与设计、实现SaaS/FaaS服务的后端系统和架构；
2、参与设计、实现大数据系统；
3、参与设计、实现推荐系统；
4、技术预研和难点攻关，保障系统服务的性能、稳定性和可扩展性；
5、文档撰写、单元测试，确保研发进度和质量
岗位要求：
1、2-3年后端开发经验,精通Java语言，编程基础扎实，熟悉面向对象的开发原则；
2、熟悉多线程、集合、JUC、理解JVM原理，及Spring/Spring Boot/SpringCloud/Mybatis等框架；
3、掌握关系型数据库Mysql, 具有良好的数据库设计能力和Sql调优能力；
4、掌握Redis、Mongodb、RabbitMQ、RocketMQ等缓存、NoSql和消息中间件；
5、掌握Tomcat、Jetty、Nginx等服务器中间件；
6、掌握Maven、Git等工程工具，
7、熟悉Docker、DevOps、k8s运维，微服务架构理念；
8、掌握常用的设计模式,追求高编码质量；
9、具备良好的风险识别和控制能力，具有良好的业务抽象能力，使用技术支持和推动业务的发展；
10、具有良好的学习、沟通和团队协作能力，较强的责任感，能够承担一定的工作压力
