【岗位职责】
1、根据公司项目需求，负责与业务合作方进行系统对接相关的模块和系统的研发，参与解决与合作方的业务系统（包括但不限于商城、会员、库存系统等）的接口或其它数据链路的调用中会出现的大流量高并发、数据一致性管控等技术难题。
2、根据公司业务战略，参与私域运营相关营销中台的核心技术研发工作，建设高性能、高可用、安全的技术平台；参与包括微服务架构、服务注册发现、负载均衡、权限管控、监控预警等核心模块的开发工作。
3、参与技术、业务项目研发，完成从需求到设计、开发、测试、发布、部署等整个项目周期内的工作，根据开发规范与流程独立完成编码、测试及相关文档。
4、根据业务合理设计业务模型和技术方案，善用各类设计模式和框架，高效编写低耦合高内聚代码。

【任职要求】
1、计算机及相关专业，本科及以上学历，沟通表达良好。5 年以上 Java 开发经验，精通面向对象与常见设计模式，掌握常用的数据结构、算法、库、多线程等原理。掌握 JVM 性能调优原理者优先。
2、精通 Spring Boot 框架，熟练使用至少一种M 框架（Hibernate / MyBatis）。对框架背后的机制和原理有深入理解者优先。
3、精通基于 MySQL / MongoDB / ElasticSearch / Hbase / Redis 的应用开发与相关优化技术，有良好的数据库设计和调优能力。
4、有 2 年以上 SOA（基于 Spring Cloud / Dubbo 等）服务治理经验者优先。熟悉分布式系统基础设施中常用的技术，如缓存、消息中间件；熟悉高并发、高可靠性系统的设计、监控和运维，如负载均衡、集群和应用监控、流量控制等。
