1、参与系统设计开发和技术研究工作，发现和解决存在的技术问题，持续优化，保障系统的高扩展性和高可用性。

5、参与系统设计开发和技术研究工作，发现和解决存在的技术问题，持续优化，保障系统的高扩展性和高可用性。

岗位要求
1、5年以上真实软件项目的开发经验，能进行软件架构设计及数据库设计，能熟练使用JAVA、JS软件开发平台及常用开发框架，熟练掌握l数据库调优技巧；
2、扎实的Java编程基础，静态Java EE、SOA等相关技术；对开源框架如Spring、mybatis等有深入了解，对框架本身有过开发或重构者优先考虑；
3、3年以上MySQL的使用经验，3年以上大规模高并发访问的WEB应用系统的设计和开发经验；
4、具备良好的识别和设计通用框架及模块的能力；
5、常用中间件Pulsar、MQ、ES、redis、Ignite等；
6、具备小团队管理能力，3年及以上管理经验者优先。
