岗位职责
• 负责新能源智慧运维系统后端核心架构研发、模块开发与迭代优化，主导设备数据采集、运维工单、故障预警、数据分析、权限体系、报表统计等核心业务模块的设计与开发。
• 基于 Spring Boot 2.6 技术栈进行后端服务开发、接口封装、业务逻辑落地，参与系统架构优化、接口性能调优、高并发场景处理，保障平台稳定支撑海量新能源设备数据接入与处理。
• 负责多数据库架构的设计与应用，根据业务场景合理使用 MySQL、PostgreSQL、ClickHouse，完成数据存储、查询优化、海量数据统计分析、时序数据处理等工作。
• 参与技术方案评审、难点问题攻坚，对接前端、产品、测试团队，完成需求拆解、接口定义、功能开发、问题修复及版本交付。
• 负责后端代码规范管控、接口文档维护、系统稳定性保障，跟进技术迭代，完成老旧功能重构与技术升级，提升系统扩展性与稳定性。
任职要求
• 工作经验：5-8年Java后端开发经验，有物联网、能源运维、大数据监控、工业平台研发经验者优先。
• 核心技术栈（必备）：熟练掌握 Spring Boot 2.6 核心技术体系，精通Java基础、Spring核心原理、WEB开发、事务管理、异常处理等后端核心能力。
• 熟练掌握MySQL、PostgreSQL、ClickHouse三种数据库的实际应用，精通MySQL日常开发、索引优化、SQL调优；熟悉PG数据库事务、高可用特性；熟练使用ClickHouse进行海量时序数据、运维日志、监控数据的存储与统计分析。
• 具备中大型分布式、微服务项目开发经验，了解接口幂等、限流、熔断、高并发处理方案，具备系统性能调优、问题排查能力。
• 熟悉RESTful接口规范，具备良好的接口设计、代码编写规范，能够独立完成核心业务模块的需求拆解、设计与开发。
• 具备独立攻坚复杂业务、疑难问题的能力，逻辑清晰，责任心强，沟通协作能力良好。
• 有新能源场站运维、物联网设备数据接入、大数据分析平台项目经验者优先。
