一、岗位职责

（2）针对高并发、海量数据场景设计技术方案（如分库分表、读写分离、分布式事务）。
（3）关注行业技术发展动态，积极探索新技术、新方法在公司业务中的应用。

三、任职要求
1、教育背景：
本科及以上学历，计算机科学、软件工程、信息技术等相关专业。
2、工作经验
（1）具有 [8] 年以上软件开发经验，[3] 年以上架构设计经验。
（2）有成功的大型软件项目架构设计和实施经验，熟悉软件开发生命周期。
3、技术能力
（1）精通一种以上编程语言，如 Java、Python等，熟悉常用的开发框架和技术栈。精通主流的 Java 开发框架，如 Spring、Spring Boot、MyBatis 等。熟悉框架的原理和使用方法，能够进行定制化开发。
（2）熟悉分布式系统架构、微服务架构、容器化技术等，有相关项目经验。
（3）掌握数据库技术，包括 MySQL、Oracle 等关系型数据库，以及 Redis、MongoDB 等非关系型数据库。能够进行数据库设计、优化查询和处理数据存储问题。
