岗位职责：
1.负责自有互联网平台开发和业务性能优化；
2.负责公司产品的功能规划、需求分析设计、技术实现和用户体验；
3.负责所属模块的代码开发、调试与维护工作；
4.积极响应客户需求并进行开发/定制化开发和交付；
5.参与公司产品的架构优化，性能优化并辅助其他模块进行技术实现；
6.协助并完成其他各类技术开发任务。分析并解决软件开发过程中的问题并完成相关任务目标。
任职要求：
1. 全日制大专及以上学历，计算机、软件工程等相关专业，4年以上工作经验，2年以上中型软件和系统的模块开发、实施、管理经验,扎实的java编程基础；
2. 熟练使用spring boot，RestFul接口、MyBatis、Spring MVC、Spring Security、SpringCloud,能够独立负责大型项目的后端开发，熟悉UniApp开发框架；
3. 熟练Mysql、redis、mongodb等数据库系统特别是Mysql性能优化；
4. 熟悉多线程编程，熟悉缓存、消息队列机制以及JVM的运行原理；
5.掌悉html5、CSS3、javascript、jquery、ECharts图表统计编程，能够运用element UI、Vue、LayUI等框架；
6. 熟悉Linux和Win服务器操作系统的使用，例如进行WEB项目的安装部署；
7. 有良好的沟通表达能力，思路清晰，工作规范，责任心强，具备良好的团队合作精神；
8. 具有以下相关经验者优先：APP、UniApp、Mybatis-plus开发、电商项目开发或担任过开发组长或开发经理者；
